Welcome to Oakey's Sweetery! We are a home-based bakery operating under the Indiana Cottage Food Law, and we’re proud to serve our community with fresh, made-to-order baked goods.

Please review our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

Cottage Food Law Compliance

Our bakery is registered and operated under the Indiana Cottage Food Law, which means our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Indiana Department of Health. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this status.

Allergen Notice

Please be aware that we prepare products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Dairy

• Eggs

• Wheat

• Soy

• Nuts (including peanuts and tree nuts)

We take food safety seriously. Upon request, we make every effort to sanitize and prepare allergen-conscious desserts in a clean environment. However, because our kitchen is not allergen-free, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should use discretion when placing an order.

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed in advance. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept the following payment methods:

Pick-Up & Delivery

Orders are available for pick-up at our home location. Limited delivery options may be available upon request and for an additional fee. We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up or delivered and accepted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

• In the rare event that a mistake is made on our part (e.g., incorrect item, missing product, wrong customization), we will offer a partial or full refund upon presentation of a valid receipt and evaluation of the issue.

• Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Product Storage

We recommend consuming our baked goods promptly or storing them as instructed. We are not liable for products that are not stored properly after pick-up or delivery.
